Mariah Carey debuts her 28th title (and first since 2009) on Dance/Club Play Songs, as "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" starts at No. 42. Fifteen of her previous hits have gone to No. 1. The new song previews her forthcoming 14th album, tentatively due in March 2013.
