The smash hit has officially been certified Gold, denoting digital sales exceeding 35,000 copies (Mariah’s first song accreditation since ‘Obsessed’ in 2009). Platinum sales are expected in the coming weeks.

Mariah actually saw a rise in sales, however was prevented from the top 5 due to a last minute surge by songs performed on ‘The Voice Australia’.
