It's been three long years since fans have been treated to an album release from songs from Mariah Carey. But the vocal powerhouse has been teasing fans with info on her latest musical offerings. The 42-year-old stepped out in London today in a bold red mac as she arrived at the Dorchester hotel.Despite her long trans-Atlantic flight, Mariah looked fresh-faced and beamed for cameras and fans. Her bright jacket boasted a tulip hemline at the bottom and she only the bottom of her tight black dress could be seen.
Earlier this month she tweeted: "So... summer 2012. Been in the lab, mixing up some concoctions for you, hope you like it." And then yesterday she posted: "Still working in the studio with friends o plenty. I love love this new song."
Mariah has been concentrating on being mother to her twins Moroccan and Monroe in the past year since their birth in April 2011. But despite juggling being a mother and a wife to Nick Cannon, Mariah hasn't strayed far from music. Last October the singer collaborated with Justin Bieber to re-release All I Want For Christmas.
